Our Year 6 pupils recently visited Safeside, where they took part in a range of realistic, hands-on scenarios designed to help them stay safe as they become more independent. Throughout the day, the children learned how to respond to situations involving fire safety, road and rail safety, water safety, personal safety and emergency situations. They asked thoughtful questions and engaging fully in every activity. The visit provided invaluable life skills and has helped our pupils to think carefully about their safety.
