Reception and Year 1 had a fantastic time during our Animal Man visit this week! The children were thrilled to meet a range of exciting creatures, including a cockroach, a gecko, a bearded dragon, a kookaburra, a snake and even a skunk. Reception enjoyed observing the animals up close and asking lots of questions, while Year 1 linked the experience to their science topic by learning about different types of animals such as reptiles, amphibians and birds. It was a memorable, hands‑on session that sparked curiosity throughout both year groups!
