Before half term, our Year 5s designed some flags for Antarctica in their art lessons. These were entered into a competition for International Antarctica Day (1^st December), where the prize was for the designs to be taken to Antarctica by the REWIND ice core drilling team, who study ice cores to find out more about the history of our planet.
